A and B's or A's and B's

Is it okay to say, "I would like to know your company and factory's outline."?

Does the above sound unnatural? Do I have to say, "I would like to know the outline of your company and factory."?

Top answer

Both are very odd at the start, because a factory is just a physical facility of a company. I also have no idea what you mean by 'outline'.
