1. Correct. You can't use a in this sentence because the noun juice is uncountable. We do not use a with uncountable nouns because it means one of a class.

2. Correct in both cases. the word cup is countable. One object of the class: cup. The second gap cannot have a because sugar is uncountable. It cannot have the either because the listener (or reader) doesn't have a previous reference. It hasn't been mentioned before.

3. Correct. I want one of the class: egg sandwich. Sandwich is a countable noun.
