A 10%-off coupon; a 10-percent-off coupon

Is a 'a 10%-off coupon'/'a 10-percent-off coupon' correctly hyphenated to mean 'a coupon that entitles the customer to '10 percent off' his or her purchase?

thanks

Really? Surprised because they're compound/adjectival modifiers before a noun. Hmm ... interesting.
