95 units have so far been sold.

The condominium has 100 apartments. 95 units have so far been sold.

Do native speakers use "units" to talk about apartments?

Thanks.

Hi In the UK, I think we''d say 'units' only when the space available is for commercial use You could say that 95 of the homes have been sold Dave

In the US, yes. It is common to refer to individual units in an apartment or condominium complex.

Where I live, we usually say
eg The building has 100 condos. 95 have so far been sold.

I'd use this word order: Ninety-five units have been sold so far.
