7 day minimum stay requirement????

How would you correctly say this sentence to a guest?

1 Since this isn't a hotel, this is a apartment hotel, there is a 7 day minimum stay requirement (in order) to get house cleaning at least once. If you don't stay at least 7 days, you don't get cleaning.

Thank you
