2 I think he's as good a broker as me as I (would) do what he would do any every situation. Is the sentence fine and do you leave "would"? Leave WOULD out
3 He set the world record for surfing 110 waves for an hour and 3 minutes straight.OK
4 It gets a dgree colder every hour after 5 pm in this part of town.OK
5 This was success like we've never seen it before/ unprecedented success.I don't know

How would you say it to make it sound more natural , or would you leave it as it is?
