6 Reasons You Should Be Using Creatine

In an email subject line I just received:

6 Reasons You Should Be Using Creatine

My question is the following:

Why is it "6 reasons you should be using creatine" and not "6 reasons you should use creatine"?

Thank you.

P.S. Is it correct to say, "In an email subject line I just received" or should I have written, "In a subject line of an email I just received"? Thanks again.
