6 months autonomy on full change

What does the following sentence I read in a watch ad mean:
"6 months autonomy on full change"
http://www.seikowatches.com/arctura/chronograph.asp
Does it mean they give the money back if I am not satisfied within 6 months of the date of purchase?

thanks

I think you found a typo on that page. If you look at the 'kinetics' page it says 'on full charge' (as in power). Which makes a lot more sense.
