Can I use o'clock with minutes?
For instance, it's 5:30 o'clock in the morning.
It's 16:25 o'clock.
As far as I know, o'clock means according to the clock or by clock. But what does o'clock stand for?

We use o'clock only for whole hours. We don't use it for the 07.00 format (07.00 o'clock or 7 o'clock) or for any figures above twelve.
