5:30 o'clock

Can I use o'clock with minutes?
For instance, it's 5:30 o'clock in the morning.
It's 16:25 o'clock.
As far as I know, o'clock means according to the clock or by clock. But what does o'clock stand for?
Thanks.

We use o'clock only for whole hours. 00 o'clock or 7 o'clock) or for any figures above twelve. Originally it was 'of the clock'.
