5 sentences need help with, which would you say please??

Could you please tell me which you'd say?

1 She spends a lot of money on shoes in relation to her salary/compared to her salary. (how would you say this?)
2 The reservation was made in/under her name.
3 The keys not only open the gate but your front door.
4 If you speak in real life like you speak on the computer (in shorthand), people won't understand you.
5 No one will do your laundry for/throughout the duration of the stay.

[This is a tricky problem. I highly favor parallel structure, and not only requires but also. In order for it to be parallel, the type of element that follows one must also follow the other.]
