5 sentences I'm not sure how to say or if correct? please help
Could you please help me correct these sentences?
1 After how/the way I just knocked on his door, if he doesn't answer its that he's not home.
2 You have more to gain in/by being friends with me than I (have to lose.)
3 How many people must there be to eat 5 whole boxes?
4 Do I have to get angry for you to understand not to do that.
5 The more friends you have the better your chances of getting help one day if you are to need it.

alc24 1 Afterhow/the way I just knocked on his door, if he doesn't answer ,its thathe's not home. (or, "it means he's not home.")
