5 sentence I need help with please.
How would you write the following? I'm not sure how a native speaker would have said these so could you give me your version please?
1/ If I hurry up, I'll wait in front of fewer people in line. I know the waits going to be long so if I can cut a few people off the wait by getting there a few minutes earlier, why not.
2/ The line is so long that it reaches the store on the next block.
3/ I've had a drop in revenue compared to last year which is why I've had a heard time paying my taxes. I am here to ask for a payment plan.
4/ People waiting in line all have requests about/regarding their payments.
Does the 'before clause go with the first part of the sentence? Is the sentence natural? Is is grammatically correct to say'is due is past'?
5/ Today is the last day to ask to pay taxes in installments before the full payment is due. Once that date [on which full payment is due is]past, your request for a payment plan is denied and you are slapped with a fee.
