5 questions (counting as a preposition and OF)

Are these OK?

1 How much is you budget/what is your budget counting state aid that you get?
2 I gave my nephew half the price of the haircut to convince to get one.
3 I'll ask for half what he asks for do the same job.
4 When she's in the subway she makes sure she does touch the part of the railing/rail that everyone else touches.
5 It seems like the uglier the dog the more expensive it is.
6 The sooner you write him asking for information, the sooner you'll be set as to what you need to get a the procedure going.

1 How much/what is your budget, including/counting [any] state aid/benefits [that] you receive? ("counting" is perfectly acceptable, "any" and "that" are optional, and "receive" is preferable to "get")

2 I gave my nephew half the price of the haircut to convince him to get one.

3 I'll ask for half what he asks/does to do
