This is for a listening comprehension exercise. The text is from a CD.
Alex Dinon has escaped from prison a day ago.
If this is what the students will hear:
Marta laughed. ‘It’s all right,’ she said. ‘I’m not afraid of the President’s
murderer. You can stay here tonight, Alex Dinon, and have a good
sleep. I don’t like the police, and I’m not going to tell them.’
Are these suitable questions to ask?
1. Who wasn’t scared of the President’s killer? Marta wasn’t.
