5 complicated sentence I need opinion on, PLEASE CORRECT?

Could you please tell me how to properly say these sentences so they sound natural and grammatical?

3 From the looks of it, If I'm able to sell it for 100 dollars, I'll consider myself lucky. (Even) if I can't sell it, I'll be able to trade it.

Its not clear what you mean. Either:
- I need the ID of the person who has reserved the room
- I need the ID of the person in the reserved room
alc242 I care more about my car than my bike./I care about my car more than my bike.
Both are fine.
