0 It is difficult that we understand how students in one class enhanced their intellectual levels, and probably it depends on a teacher who teaches the students, but it is scarcely an affirmative opinion, because there is not an exact criterion for it. Where I live, in Japan, the sarary of the teachers increases according to increasing age. However, personally I believe that teachers in schools should be payed according to their competence.02br
00 My primary reason is that it promotes teachers to take an effort to improve their class. For example, they are required to be in an environment that encourages them to consider if their way to teach is really enhance ability of students, like students are required to be encouraged to study. Without the effort of a teacher, or the most effective existance to students' schoolwork, students will not mentally prefer to study, and appropriate sarary according to ability of teacher is a suitable exaltation. However, if the amount of sarary remains same in spite of skilled ability, they would tend to neglect to improve their class. The side of a learner is basically passive for unkown parts of class, so that the side of a leader, teacher have to consider their way to teach. 02br
