40 people

This is quite simple. It's from a junior school math book, but many adults stumble over it.

There are 40 people in a room. 28 are drinking tea, 15 are watching TV and 7 are doing nothing.. How many people are both watching TV and drinking tea?

Hi, I'm a new user and not very good at English but anyway I'm trying to give my explaination for this:
There are 7 people doing nothing, so 33 (=40-7) people drinking/watching/both.
There are 28 people drinking tea, so 5 (=33-28) not drinking tea
There are 15 people watching TV (they may drink or not), so 10 (=15-5) people must be both drinking and watching tv.
Is it right?
