Grammar

4 versions - all are fine?

Hi,

(1) This application requires a Pentium 4 at a minimum
(2) This application requires a Pentium 4 at the minimum
(3) This application requires a Pentium 4 at the least minimum
(4) This application requires a Pentium 4 as minimum

The fourth version looks wrong to me... Not sure if putting an 'a' before 'minimum' can help anyway?

Which of the following sentences are correct grammar?
Which is the most and the least common?

Thank you

The third one should have been "...at the least" (not "at the least minimum' of course....just the wrong paste using the clipboard)
