Could you please help me correct these sentences grammatically?

1 It's amazing how much at an angle it is (on).
2 It's about/around the same procedure everywhere. If you know the procedure here, it's the same there.
3 As long as you don't do anything against the company/go against the company, they can't fire you. If you don't follow/obey the rules, you get a warning.
