4 sentences I find complicated please help me with them??

Could you please help me with these?
  • If she doesn't do it, she'll have forgotten to do something that she said she would do.
  • Take all the time you need for you to choose this special place. (FOR YOU should be left out?)
  • Going to sleep early has it's advantages/rewards.
  • Drinking accentuates/amplifies peoples senses. You are more aware of your sourroundings. You are more paranoid. (How would you say this?)
