4 questions need help with please

Could you please tell me if these are correct grammatically?

1 You at least have the luxury of being able to waste that sort of money without it affecting your life.

2 This shirt is very tight at the/around the armpits.

3 We couldn't be happier to have him join us.

4 That was the first and last time I did that. It proved to be a mistake.

Being grammatically correct doesn't mean the sentence is idiomatic or natural . You seem to have struggled between these two dilemma with most of your posts. e.
