4 questions

There are 4 questions in my test.

1. There is not a train until tomorrow.

(Should I change "a" into "any" because the sentence is negative?)

2. Can I start a sentence with "not any" since I can do so with "not a/one"?

for example: Not one/a single person remembered my birthday.

3. Are they both correct?

(3.1) Above the door there was a sign saying, "Mind you heard".

(3.2) The disease has now spread throughout the island.
