0I'd usually just say 'at 4' (I think I can assume no-one would think I wanted to meet them at 4am).02br
02br
00'at 4 o'clock' is extremely common.02br
02br
00'at 4pm' and '4 in the afternoon' are ok, but don't sound quite as natural for conversation.0-

0Hi guys,02br
02br
00We commonly just say 'I'll meet you tomorrow at 4'. If I say that, nobody is going to think I am suggesting that we meet at 4am. Almost everyone is asleep at that time.05002br

0why do you say it is "at 8 in the evening"? I can understand if you think of summer time but during winter, the sun sets at 5 or 6 pm the latest. Is this a common expression when used with time, so you will never say "at 11 at night" even though it is clearly at night?0-

0IMO, 'night' cannot be used because 'night' is used when you are going home. For example, you'll say, 'Good night' when you are leaving for home after going out with someone.0-
