#4 Could I ask for validation of my composition?

In advance, thank you for your advice, Mr.grammarfreak and Mr.Clive.
I have once again slightly modified the third version of this letter but I am not yet certain that the sentences is correct and logical.
Please validate my composition.

I was very glad to have received your email that I had not anticipated because you are easygoing person,
but It's true that I was very happy when I heard from you.
I am very glad to have received your email; I did not expect it because you are easygoing person,
but once more, It's true that I was very happy when I heard from you.

Speaking my status during this summer, I had better summers before because we had a few hot days this summer, and rainy season is between mid-Jun and late July here in Korea but we had a little rain in the season.

I didn't travel this summer for several reasons and I probably won't travel for a while, but I will fully take a trip to Canada some day even though I don't know when yet.

I am looking forward to taking coffee with you sometime in the future, chatting over a nice meal and watching your home with a wide and gorgeous garden.

p.s. If I will be there, could you show me your beautiful house?
