0 Although I think that quality of good company depends on wether there is competent supervisers or not, according newspaper, companies in Japan lack such people ironically. I regret that the way of supervisor in Japan is not asked so much. However, if I have the chance to discuss it, I would say that the some of the important things of those are a sense of responsibility and leadership of superviser.02br
00 My primary reason is that a superviser is responsivility for a group in which he or she play a role in leading his or her subordinates. One example of this is that any work is accompanied by some mistakes more or less even if employees try not to mistake their works. To cope with such cases, a company calls for people who predict mistakes of work and prevents emproyees from making mistakes from now on; supervisors do. Having sense of responsibility, he or she cope with those by considering new way not to mistakes: urging his or her subordinates to attend to those or imposing a penalty. However, if a supervisor does not have a sense of responsibility and try not to improve bad situation, it causes a large number of mistakes or serious one that leads company to losses such as decreased sale.02br
00 Another reason is that if a person who has a leadership for his or her group play a role in supervisor in company, I am convinced that subordinates are under good environment for work. For example, employees inevitably become fed up with their work for its monotonousness. Thus, they need someone who encourages themselves to work effectively. A good supervisor would not only be good at working but also know the way to advance his or her subordinates to concentrate work: admiring them but occasionally forcing them by shouting. A spervisor without a leadership, on the contrary, have difficult in encourage his or her subordinates. Unless he or she can be an example of his or her subordinates, morale of group will lower. As a result, it may cause inefficient work or decrease sales.02br
