Dear folks,

Could anybody please help me make sense of the expression written in

red in the following sentence:

"This harassment has included following patients with 3x5 grotesque and heavily

edited photos of ..."

Does this just mean "3 inches by 5 inches"?

It is a measurement, but I would think it is more likely to be feet than inches.
