Which would be correct?
3/4's of the students has voted 'yay.'
3/4's of the students have voted 'yay.'
3/4's of the student body has voted 'yay'.
3/4s of the student body have voted 'yay.'

3/4 of the students voted 'Yay'. Or if you like 3/4 of the students have voted 'Yay'. There is no need for the s or 's after 3/4.
3/4 is written and spoken as "three quarters".
