Hello,
I have asked this question in two different forums but I have received different answers. Because I received different answers, I decided to ask this question here too.

We just have problems with #3 and #4.

Some native English speakers say #3 is wrong and some say it's correct.

What's your opinion about #3 and #4?

Thank you.

I would write #3. I would accept #4. I would judge both #1 and #2 to be incorrect (or at least unusual).
