3 setneces having trouble

are these 3 sentences correct

  • I can go without food until tomorrow/i can hold out not eating until tomorrow ARE BOTH CORRECT

  • I couldn't care less about what people have to say (is ABOUT optional?)

  • Whether we win depends on whether ot not you are willing to give it all you got

  • What you say contradicts your actions

  • I can go without food until tomorrow/i can hold out not eating until tomorrow ARE BOTH CORRECT #1 is OK.
  • #2 is incorrect. You need a capital I, and we don't say 'hold out not eating'.
