3 sentences that have to do with the weather

Could you please help me with these sentences?

1 Looking at the clock depresses me. My luck, I had to be scheduled to work on the first cold weekend of the year. I don't know if I can last until/make it until the end of my shift. It's so cold I can't take/handle the cold anymore. I need to go inside and warm myself up.

2 I'm warmer than you because my jacket is thicker.

3 There are outsdie factors that can cause a team to lose a match or win it like the weather, fans, the morale of the team etc that aren't within your control. (how would you say this? is it OUTSIDE FACTOR??)

thank you

Thank you Dimsum

One question

For 1 can you not say

I can't last until 8 without...
instead of

I can't make it to the end of my shift

and could you say

I can't take (noun).

like

I can't take this cold weather anymore.
I can't take his nagging.

thank you

For some reasons I can't explain, "I can't last till 8 o'clock" sounds better to my ear than "until, even though they suppose to be interchangeable.

For consideration:

I won't quit till/ until I find the answer - both are fine

I'll keep waiting till/ until she comes out - same

As the Drifters say: " I won't quit till I am a start on Broadway".
