3 sentences need major help please?

Can you say the following and are they grammatical?

1 Lets hope he's not behind/at the door.

2 The water came out in 2 jets.

3 Who says I'm going to give it back./What's to say he's going to give it back.

#1 is interesting -there are two different meanings.

"I hope he's not at the door" means that he is not a welcome guest.
"I hope he's not behind the door" means that he might be hiding, jump out suddenly and say "boo" to scare us.
