3 sentences need help please

Could you please help me correct these?

1 The quality of the image is tenfold better on your screen than mine, let alone in HDMI.

2 I'd lend you money except that I don't have my CB on me.

3 He's my sisters friend first of all/to begin with/most of all, then he's my friend.

There are more than 12,000 hits on Google for tenfold better, which isn't a lot as Google counts go, but pretty much all of them on the first few pages sound normal to me.
