3 sentences in a review

I watched a review and was wondering if the following sentences are correct.

It's more than enough to do with what we want it to do. At 6:35

It's handy for when you need to do something. At 9:40

It's focused at video. 15:10

Are the 3 sentence correct grammar?

Thank you

[My remarks are in bold.] I would say:
It is good enough considering my use.
It is good enough considering how I want to use it.

For the next question:

The more clockwise you turn the ****/The more you turn the **** clockwise, the colder the water gets.
I would say: The further clockwise you turn the ****, the colder the water gets.
