3 sentences correction

"She has been living in a semi-detached house with her husband in Jablonec. Every time we visit her, she will talk about politics and things going wrong all around the world and moreover, she will give us a cup of freshly brewed tea with a slice of bread with ham. As soon as we are about to leave, she will give us a full bag of potatoes or apples. If she has plenty of time, she will go gardening to Pulecný, not only to cut the grass, but also to take care of the plants she grows."

The use of the future for habitual actions ("every time") is unusual.
Most of the time native speakers use the simple present.
Also "go gardening to" is not natural, but "do the gardening in..." is.

What you said would be understood, however, I would not write this in the future tense. I also don't understand the use of "moreover" in the second sentence as what follows the comma has no relation to what precedes moreover.

My suggestion is below. You can use either “always” or “typically” where I have inserted them. I’m providing that suggestion based on your introductory phrase “eve
