3 questions need help with please???

Could you help me with these sentences please?

1 Look how they are sleeping/look at how they are sleeping.
2 Her arms are short in relation to/compared to/in contrast to her body.
3 He tried to kill me after which he had a heart attact and I got away.
4 For once I took the train and didn't see the ticket controller. (can you use FOR ONCE like that?)
