Is this right?

1 The bag was so heavy it banged against his leg as he walked.
2 The only person I like these shoes on is her.
3 She got to our school mid 8th grade. / in the middle of 8th grade.
4 The more butter you put the better/ The more often you change the oil the better.

example: butter "in" the pan or butter "on" a piece of toast. Choose either the word in or the word on, not both, depending what you are talking about.
