Question 1. I made a choice of apples.

Can i say this meaning that I chose an apple out of many apples.

Question 2. I made a good choice in buying these shoes.

Does this mean that I made a good choice while buying these shoes ?

Question 3. I laughed to myself, I laughed at myself.

(When I make a comment and I think it is stupid and funny so I am laughing about myself. How can I express this case? )

Can i say this meaning that I chose an apple out of many apples. Yes, except that it sounds like you chose more than one. It's also awkward-sounding. Why not just say 'I chose an apple'?
