1)So what does "Not that I know of " mean?
2) I mean, if there is a student who loses himself, leave home, become addict... So, is there any verb for the noun" hobo"? Can I use roam?

1) Not that I know of - not that I am aware of - I am not aware of any method to find out the teachers feelings.

2) That is a very specific example - does it have to be a student? I'm having a hard time thinking of a verb that covers everything you want. Roaming could be quite pleasant - there are people who buy camping vans etc and 'roam' their country as a lovely way of life after work
