3 little questions.

Hello, everybody and especially teachers!

I have a little query about following sentences:

1) "I hope it stays that way" - Actually, person who said that, meant that "it" would stay the same or at least he hopes so. But it's used with the present simple and not with the future simpe. Why?

2) "You are being overly loud". Why can't just say "You are overly loud"? Which cases countain "be+being" when we talk about alive objects? (not about "a road's being fixed")

3) Why in songs nouns and adjectives are connected with no verbs like "to be". Example: "injustice entombed" or "connection undeniable"? Besides, it's just snippets without any relations to other sentences.

Thank a lot in advance!

Hello again!

I want to ask some more about "I hope" because I saw it with "will" (I hope it'll work). Wouldn't it be a great mistake if to say it with "will"?

No, I wouldn't say that is wrong. I'd just say that the Simple Present is more commonly used.
