MRS DAWN FOX, AGED 48, RECENTLY WIDOWED, WANTS A CHANGE OF SCENERY AND A CHANCE TO MEET NEW PEOPLE. SHE WANTS TO GO ABROAD BUT NOT TOO FAR AFIELD. SHE HAS NO TRAVELLED VERY MUCH AND IS CONCERNED SHE MAY NOT HANDLE THE FORMALITIES OF TRAVEL VERY WELL.
SHE TELLS YOU THAT SHE IS ACCUSTOMED TO 'LEAVING EVERYTHING TO MY HUSBAND TO SORT OUT" SHE ENJOYS DINING OUT, ATTENDING CONCERTS AND GENERALLY BEING TAKEN CARE OF.

B. Mr and Mrs Stevens, early fifties, want to go "somewhere in Australia" for up to two weeks. Mr Stevens has been ill and is recuperarating, whilst his wife needs a rest from nursing him. They dont want a 'stay -put" holiday but would like to see a bit of the country. They have a daughter in Sydney who they would like to see but she works and they will probably restrict their contact to a visit only. They normally spend their leisure time "on the water' in their small launch.

1.Please can someone help me to select 3 features that you belive will assst you to sell the tour to each of these clients.
2. You are to REWRITE THE FEATURE IN THE FORM OF A BENEFIT STATEMENT, that will appeal to the particular client.
