I have once again slightly modified the second version of this letter but I am not yet certain that the sentences is correct and logical. The phrases in bold are a causal clause; please validate my composition, especially the phrases in bold.
I was very glad to have received your email that I had not anticipated because you are easygoing person, but It's true that I was very happy when I heard from you.
As we had a few hot days here in Korea this summer and even though rainy season is between mid-Jun and late July originally, we had a little rain in this season, I had more comfortable summer days this year than any other year.
I didn't travel this summer for several reasons and It is unlikely that I will travel for a while, but I will fully take a trip to Canada some day even though I don't know when yet.
I am looking forward to seeing you sometime in the future, taking coffee with you, chatting over a nice meal and watching your home with a wide and gorgeous garden.
p.s. If I will be there, could you show me your beautiful house?
