#3 Could I ask for validation about my text?

I have divided the source into three sentences and slightly modified the sentences; please validate my text.

There was a bit delay. Furthermore, It was even raining.

Even though it was the situation distinctly not to execute the work because of raining then, he gave us the concrete feedback of the cause of not being able to work.

After we knew It wouldn't stop raining, he ventured the work taking pictures in spite of continuously raining.

There was a bit delay. This makes no sense. Do you mean eg a small delay? eg a big delay?

I meant a small delay by that.

I stressed the bad situation with 'even'.
