I wouldn't say it's wrong.

But you could say 'Next month marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of the club'.

Can I use future perfect tense?

By next month, It will have been 25 years since it was formed. And the club is holding a party for its past and present members.

I'd go for
"Formed 25 years ago, the club is holding a party for its past and present members next month."
But your version is not wrong. In fact, it gives me an extra piece of information that the club will be 25 years old next month (which, I guess, is what you really mean). On the other hand, my version just tells the reader or the listener that there will be a party next month. Although, it can be inferred that that party will serve as the club's 25th birthday (or anniversary). My version just sounds less awkward.
