21st Century Entrepreneurship in Developing Countries

In 21st century it is the most important to making Entrepreneur in all over the world, specially in developing countries, where jobs are the toughest thing to get. Many scholar are trying to influence specially the young generation from seeking job turn into entrepreneur by arranging many meetings seminar. But our situation especially in Bangladesh are different. Here i am going to brief describe about that barrier what young entrepreneur are facing today.

In Bangladesh very few people are trying to overcome from this barrier. And that person who won the barrier they are now became the successful entrepreneur, and some became the looser. A very big question rose why those people are became failure? And also arise the one big question why young generation don’t response .Here we can see that if you want to be a business man ,or you want to bring an idea which is unique, but you don't get any confident.Beacuse a university graduate hard to join in this community, whenever he or she achieved the degree,he or she cant move on business,because his family, society they dont want you to join the business community.they prefer the job in most of the case.Meanwhile our society think that jobe is the more honorable event rather than Business.Suppose you earn per month $5000 from your business,though your business is not well-reputed ,rather than If you earn money per monthe $1000 from job,that $1000 will be most valuable in this society.Or if you want to do business your family will not support you to do this.They thin its the risk event.

And Research shown that many young entrepreneur are fallen the lack of confidence.On their lack of confidence it may come from money, society and the family.Though may bank are coming to invest on the making young entrepreneur in our society.

Dr Mohammad Younus (Nobelist) he personally encourage the young generation to join the in this community. And he offer the young lleader bring your idea and if it would be good ,he will help the implement this idea.
