21 degree or degrees?

Hello!

Could you help me, please? What is right to say about the temperature: 21 degree or 21 degrees (i.e. one is degree, so I thought twenty one degree, too)?

Thank you!

In measurements, only "one" is singular.

At atmospheric pressure, the following are true:

At one degree Celsius, water will be in a liquid state.
At minus one degree Celsius, water will be in a solid state, called ice.
