How would you phrase this please?
This apartment would go for about 20% under the ones on the upper floor because it's on the ground floor.

Anonymousfor about 20% under the ones ...It's OK, but I think more people say "for about 20% less than the ones ...". The rest is fine.

It's okay, but I would change "under" to "less than" in that sentence.
