2 x WILL ?

Is it possible to say:

"The sooner you will do it the more time you will have?"

or is it a big mistake?

Hello Anon It doesn't sound very idiomatic to me. Maybe: 1. The sooner you do it, the more time you'll have.

Absolutely not! This is breaking a variant of the rule not to use the future tense after adverbial conjunctions of time. It is as wrong as "When you will finish doing it, you will have more time".

Thanks. You rephrased the sentence and now its clear, but in the original I couldn't notice the adverbial of time (and I still can't notice)
