2 verbs in a Present Simple sentence

If 2 verbs in a Present Simple sentence can not be used, may I "cut" the main verb then add an auxiliary verb and add an adjective after it?
The sentence "He is agree with you." is wrong. Is the sentence "He is agreed with you" look proper? Did I use 2 verbs in my last sentence? Or the rule about 2 verbs in a PS sentence does not work with questions?

So, if I use an auxiliary verb and a main verb it is not a mistake at all, and it often shows us the tense of a sentence or we use it for emphasis (I do want to help you!), am I right?
p.s. I still do not understand when we use "to be" verbs as the main verbs of a sentence. In your correction, for example:

JarmanI do want to help you!
The use of "do" indicates emphasis in that sentence.
Jarman Is the sentence "...." proper?
That's fine because when using the verb "be", no auxiliary verb is needed/used.

Jarman:I do want to help you!
teechr:The use of "do" indicates emphasis in that sentence.
That is exactly what I meant. Thanks again for your clarifications!
