Neither of these make sense.

He was prudent with his money. (He spent it wisely.)

a) She had confidence in everybody.

b) She was very naive with everybody.

A possible antonym of the same sentence could be? Is there a better one?

a) She was prudent with everybody.

No, it is not normal to say "be prudent with people". You don't use people or spend them.

You can say:

She would be prudent when when she was with people and extravagent when she was not. She tried to disguise her true nature from others, or she didn't want others to know that she had a lot of

'She trusted everybody'. A similar one, 'she had confidence in everybody'.

'She doubted about eveybody' is quite the opposite. Right?

The better opposite is:

She distrusted everyone.

Also:

She was suspicious about everyone's motives and intentions.

To distrust is to suspect someone is dishonest; (i.e. they will cheat you whenever possible.)
