Do you know any word starts with 2 silent letters? I know one which is "Chthonic", but I need more ^^

I offer the suggestion of "Przewalski", as in "Przewalski's horse" (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Przewalski%27s_horse), which reportedly is (or can be) pronounced "sh?-VAL-skee", which at least gives the appearance that the "Pr" is silent.

Actually, my husband asked me this question and he said there are 3 or 4 words begins with 2 silent letters. And he won't tell me

But I bet that they are all loan words or derived words from other languages (Greek, Polish, Welsh etc.).

It also just occurred to me, of course, that there are the phth- words (phthalic, phthalein, etc.) which can be pronounced th-.
